• Products and services are subject to refund or exchange only in accordance with the Refund & Return Policy.

• Currently all sales will be direct via myself with a bank transfer. Other payment options will be in place shortly, offering a secure gateway for processing transactions with all major credit cards and Paypal.

•  The artwork on my website is represented accurately for purchase, with high quality photographs, dimensions and information. Please be mindful that computer and phone screens may vary and cause some alteration to the visual integrity of the colours used. 

• It is important for all customers to check all the order details are correct and suitable for your art requirements. Please don’t hesitate to contact me for more information and additional images before you make a purchase, I am more than happy to provide them. 

• Ensure that you provide me with the correct and necessary information for a successful delivery.   Dates stated for delivery are estimated and I am unable to be responsible for postal delays.   

• International customers are responsible for their payment of any applicable import duties and taxes relating to their order.   

• Upon receiving my painting, I shall no longer be responsible for the loss, deterioration or damage of the artwork.

• You have the right to request a refund and return your purchased artwork within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to my Returns Policy for further details.

• I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the images of sold and commissioned original paintings. A sale does not transfer or licence any copyright or other intellectual property rights to you. Making copies of the work for any publications or any other purpose without permission is strictly forbidden.

• I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create, including when the original has been sold,
